We offer 30 day returns.

We will happily accept returns if you are not satisfied. We will accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of your order ship date. All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet our return requirements. Our 30 day money back guarantee doesn't affect the legal right to cancel.

We CANNOT accept returns on half-used or empty products.

Returns that exceed the 30 day guarantee period cannot be accepted.

Before returning a product, please contact us to request a return via the form below with your order number. Please note: We do not include return labels with orders. When you contact us, we will provide you with a return address for shipping your return package.

Upon receiving your return, you will be contacted with direction for returning your order. You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Without this, we are not able to process your refund. Refunds are processed to your original form of payment, less shipping costs. 

 

Our products are made from natural or naturally-derived ingredients including our fragrance oils

We do use fragrance oils which are below 0.2%. The fragrance oils are mostly naturally-derived. All of our products are tested to ensure they are suitable for sensitive skin. The percentage is low, therefore, layering your products ensure the scent will last all day.

Our product containers, shipping boxes and enclosed media are all recyclable.

We do not test on animals and our products do not contain animal-derived ingredients.
