RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept returns if you are not satisfied. All returns are subject to the following rules and restrictions:

* We accept returns within 30 days of your order ship date. All returns are subject to inspection.

* Our 30 day money back guarantee doesn't affect the legal right to cancel.

* Shipping fees for all order are non-refundable.

* Return Shipping Labels are not provided by JUICEE BRANDS, LLC for our brands — RAENI ROOTS and ANAICA SKINCARE.

* Returns outside of 30 days, but returned within 90 days are only eligible for a store credit.

* Refunds cannot be issued for items that are not received.

Before returning a product, please contact us to request a return via the form below with your order number. Upon receiving your return request, we will contact you regarding the steps in returning your order. Once the items are received, your refund will be issued within 48 hours of processing your return. For US credit cards, it typically takes 2-3 days for the return to post onto your account. 

RETURN RECOMMENDATIONS

We highly recommend saving your return tracking number until you have received confirmation from JUICEE BRANDS, LLC that your package has been received and processed. Always take a photo of your return slip from the mail carrier as it may help in the off chance that your package is lost while in transit back to JUICEE BRANDS, LLC.
